My daughter had a poor experience.Thye put the wrong colour on her hair ,no opologies that they will just fix it .try to cover up what they did wrong and still charged her the full amount.terrible service and poor communication.
Hair @ St Martins is our favourite hairdresser.We have known the owner Charlotte for some time now and she and her team always know exactly what we want. Emily did my daughters hair for her formal with a trim done juat before all the hard work went into to creating the style my daughter wanted( she even had a few pic of what she wanted) Always reasonably priced with clean,bright and calming shop with easy music played in the background.The women are aleays chatter and make you feel welcome.I booked our formal do weeks in adv... read more
Absolutely can’t recommend more. They gave me a stunning last minute upstyle when the in home hairdresser I had booked cancelled last minute. The team are fantastic, very talented and friendly.
Hairdresser apparently falls sick but doesnt bother call to cancel my appointment. A little common courtesy wouldnt go astray. Other hairdresser asks if I want to rebook, yeah no thanks not wasting 40 minutes round trip again for poor customer service. Saw hairdresser outside looks mighty fine to me, clearly didnt want to work her last appointment of the day thanks for wasting my time!
I cannot thank you enough for the care and kindness shown while cutting my mum’s hair. She is currently going through cancer treatment, and this was such a sensitive time for her. The way you made her feel comfortable, respected, and cared for meant the world to us. The haircut was done with such gentleness and compassion, and you truly helped turn what could have been a very difficult moment into a positive and uplifting experience.
