Would put 0 stars if possible. I proposed to my fiancé on Nov 18th 2025 on nov 16th 2025 I went here to get braided and within 5 hours had to take them out for the included reasons. This lady honestly ruined my hair for our special day I couldn’t even let my mom do them because of the damage to my scalp and skin. I had the worst experience. I called in for appointment to get a retwist and style and the young lady said come at 2:30. I arrived on time 2:24. She started my hair at 2:45 washing it. Then she set me under the dryer for 50 minutes. The dryer had stopped and I was just sitting there while she was outside. Another customer comes in and she starts washing and braiding his hair.
