HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! – I made a same day appointment to get my roots touched up before my sister's wedding. I gave the woman my processing information the last stylist who did my highlights gave me (and BEST EVERY, too bad it was out of state :( ) and she came back and said she would not put this on my hair because it would fall out, and she would mix up another color.
