My grandmother and great aunt have gone to Natalie for the longest I can remember. I had the pleasure of finally meeting her and just wow. Both of them are getting older and she is just so patient with them. I told her in person how grateful I was but I felt compelled to write a review. Other than the hospitality, the shop is very clean and spacious. She also did an amazing job. The ladies look good!
I’ve been debating leaving a review. This was one of the worst haircuts experiences I’ve ever had. Right from the start of the appointment I was very rushed and the stylist was not interested in seeing what I wanted. I said I wanted 3 inch off and layers, almost like a shaggy look in the front and just long layers in the back. She took about 6 inches off in total.
