I know we have to give our card information to get certain services and those places have verified privacy security protocols in place. Please understand that you are a hair salon business. Went to Dana for a classic voluminous blowout (2nd and 3rd pics) and what I got is pic 1. All pictures are me, for reference. She tried blaming it on my hair, but it wasn’t my hair, it was the fact that she was 20 minutes late for me and in a rush. I have a blowout membership at a different spot where I get blowouts once a week that always always always come out like pics number 2 and 3. Never in my life have I seen my hair look so disastrous. I found Hair House on Google when I was in desperate need of a new haircut, and I’m so glad I did! The location is super convenient, just a short walk for me. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed—the salon is beautiful, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
