First of all, $80 for a blowout is insane. I pay $20-30 less in Manhattan. They don’t answer the phone so they don’t even use the money to get a proper concierge. Would not recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with hair stylist Laura. I explained what I was looking for and she delivered the exact haircut I was seeking. I highly recommend Laura and the hairhouse for all of your beauty needs!

I went for subtle highlights. I specifically asked for not blonde , however I ended up with stripy blonde highlights that were about an inch from my hairline. Because the $200 service does not include a blow dry. I did not realize how bad it was until about two days later when I blew out my hair at home. My hairstylist is lovely and had told me that if I didn’t like it, I could come back in and she would fix it.
