My client went here for hair extensions. She was allergic to the glue and we had to rip them out. Now they refuse to refund her the $650.
Business response:
By law we cannot return hair extensions or a wig worn by a person. However, I personally have given that client comp services to recover her cost of extensions. Thank you, Susan D. Murphy/Owner
Awesome professional service. I am very nervous about my hair but needed a grey hair cover up desperately. I am thrilled with the color and trim from Luz. Today was my first visit to this particular salon. I am not a get up in the morning and style my hair for an hour lady and I explained this to my amazing stylist, Sarah. She was beyond professional and made sure I knew everything going on with my appointment. I would recommend Hair FX to anyone in the area. The entire staff are professional, fun and courteous not only to the clients but each other! Thank you Sarah for making my day awesome!

Thank you so very much for making my wig appointment so enjoyable! Susan is so knowledgeable and took so much time with me in choosing the right style and color wig, and also styling a wig I purchase and was going to send back-cancer, of any kind,is a horrible disease and the loss of a women's hair , at least for me, was so very traumatic and depressing, but thanks to Susan and today's visit, I feel ALIVE again! I can't thank you enough-God bless you!

I have been using Laura for my acrylic nail fill and pedicures since December of this year after moving here from IL. I really was concerned in finding the right person. The very first appointment she totally impressed me with a great job and I have been a regular since! Professional, friendly and knows her craft.
