I have been coming to this salon for a year and a half. Loved my haircuts done by Susan, the owner. Today I was very disappointed. I had a 5:00 PM appointment and was taken at 5:10, which was not a problem. However, Susan rushed through my hair cut in less than 20 minutes because the next client insisted to be taken at 5:30. On top of that the Groupon I had for the haircut (I never used Groupon before) was not accepted by Susan the owner. Needless to say, I will never go back to Hair FX again or use Groupon.

You can call me at salon, Ronnie if you'd like. I'm sorry about the Groupon, but under the 'Small Print' on Groupon, it discloses what Stylists accept the Groupon. It's usually used by new Stylists, or a Stylist new to the salon.
While on vacation for 6 weeks in Cape Coral I desperately needed a cut. Looked & asked around deciding to call Hair FX. I got an appointment the same day with Cheyenne, an associate. She met me, listened intently & got to work. She was patient, kind and very attentive. My hair came out exactly as I requested! Super job, wonderful salon with a staff that pays attention to what the customer is saying. Good location & professional work! Dawn Merrill Nashua, NH
