I will never go to Hair Cuttery in Galesburg il every again. I got told it would be about $85 to 100 to have my hair black with purple high lights in it. They didn't clean my neck up from all the dye. And after it was all done I paid $163.00 . the lady was not nice and pulled my hair out while she was dying it. I'm not happy with this business at all.
