I was so unhappy when whent there I explained how I wanted it trimmed showed her a picture etc. it didn't matter she was going to cut it the way she wanted I was so upset. It was an easy cut I just wanted it in layers down to the bottom of my neckline no hairspray I live in wynwood it would be convenient for me to go their unfortunately not anymore the regional manager or owner should inspect it for their selves. I truly appreciated his expertise and look forward to my next haircut with him!
