This saloon prides themselves on making the customer happy it's a warm and inviting saloon. Katie and Laurie are able to keep up with the ever changing times of the hair world from perms to the new hipster looking hairstyles. They use the best products and tools that are available and they also are always educating themselves on new products and new trends that are constantly arising in this field. If you haven't got your hair done here you should at least give it try. It's definitely a 5 STAR SALOON
Wonderful Place! – After a call to a major chain hair salon on two days prior to Thanksgiving, I was told that "no way" they could take my appointment (sounding almost annoyed that I called.) Since I worked in the Strip, I remembered "Hair by Design" on Penn Ave. Not only is the staff just the nicest on the planet, they graciously made me feel welcome and did a superb job with my color and cut.
