Great haircuts & colors. The stylist takes time and care with you. Easy to get an appointment. Hours are convenient and easy to make.
I have been going here for years. I always make an appointment. Had one today, walked in 5 minutes ahead of time. No one, and there were five stylists, greeted me. After 20 minutes I asked if my appointment would be honored or if anyone could help me. The person who was supposed to cut... just cut my hair.. said sorry she has a customer and I have to wait 45 minutes. There were two stylists without customers at this point.
