You sign a gift certificate, fail to complete it with an amount and expiration date at the time of purchase. Customer comes in to redeem and you ADMIT it’s your signature but will NOT honor the certificate because it’s not completely filled out. EXTREMELY POOR customer service! You know she could have lied and filled it in for any amount she wanted too? However she simply wanted to claim the gift she was given. Pathetic
To not honor a person certificate that was sign is not good business practice , I feel this is very disrespectful of a small business, when a person has been as sick that this person has been it’s a shame ., I find this very sad , if you didn’t want to honor your certificate, atleast you could do is give her the value of it !!

I visited for the first time yesterday. I received a gift card from a friend and got a wonderful Mani/pedi from Abbie. She was very pleasant and professional. And my nails look and feel great. The shop is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very very cozy. I'll definitely be back! ��
Catered to my friend, who is in a wheelchair. She loved her day of pampering. If they would have had a handicap ramp, I would have rated it a 5. Please consider installing one for future visits and clients.
