Just because you forget to put the amount on a gift certificate that was signed by a employee shouldn’t mean that the customer loses out. Your mistake and you should fix it. Very poor customer service.
DO NOT GO HERE!! Horrible service, very rude!! To not honor a certificate you provide at your restaurant because you forgot to put a total amount or a expiration date! Very unprofessional! She’s been dealing with medical issues the least you could do is make this right. Also hanging up on a customer that has an issue with your establishment??! Horrible management! Will be passing the word around!!
I find it disheartening that others rate the service as poorly when they have not been to your establishment and base their review strictly on hearsay. If they weren’t there in person to witness the services received and/or not received then maybe they should schedule an appointment and give a fair review. Katie has always been very professional and nice to me. I’ve had facials and massages there in the past and can say, with first hand experience, that it was top notch.
My mother, sister, and I have been clients for many years. In high school, I went to Hair Affair for all of my dance hair and makeup needs! Love this small business and plan to make another appointment soon 😁
