I booked an appointment for a specific service by phone, and drove from out of town, only for then to tell me they didn't actually offer the service I asked for over the phone. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The frizzy styling I left with was nothing to write home about either.

She also styled my hair on my wedding day and I got so many compliments and inquiries on who did my hair! She is phenomenal!

I told the receptionist Lisa, over the phone, that I needed help finding a specialist that would take me from blonde to a more natural red! Lisa suggested that I go with Chandra who turned out to be very kind and professional. She listened to me and actually delivered exactly what I wanted without talking me out of it! Excellent team work ladies!

Kaylee Rodriguez has been doing my color and hair cuts, and I have always loved the results. She always takes the time and listens to what I want. I have been working on lightening my hair to be a very light blonde. Kaylee has recommended different techniques to get dimension in my hair. Although I have been lightening, I have always walked out with healthy, vibrant hair. I get tons of compliments!!
