I took my Baby puppy for the first time and they treated her very good and enplaned to me every information and right away give my puppy medicine, very good service I recommend them.
Our nine year old tuxedo cat stopped eating and became lethargic... She had been like that for a few days, and when we called another vet on Monday morning, and we were told that the earliest available appointment would be Friday afternoon! We called City Pet Hospital and described our cats condition, and they said to bring her there immediately! Their response was the difference between saving her life, or our cat suffering organ failure. In a few words, they saved her life! I highly recommend the Haines City Pet Hospital!

Dr Martinez was able to see that our kitten needed to be tested for feline leukemia right away after we had taken her to two other places several times because she kept getting sick. The other places assumed that because she tested negative when she was first brought into the spca, they didn’t need to test again...dr martinez also sympathized with us and gave us options when Unfortunately, the test was positive. We have another cat and will be using the Haines city pet hospital in the future.

I appreciate them for allowing me to surrender Luna to help save her from parvo(if she survived, I was told not to call for anymore updates) I just would like to know if you were able to save her?? I only surrender her to save her as I didn’t have the money for treatment. Other than the person I spoke to on the phone who was rude the receptionist who took her and gave me the paperwork to sign was friendly and understanding.
Everyone has a passion for animals
Unprofessional staff and not compassionate. I took my cat for emergency surgery and I was getting calls from them with incorrect information about my kitties health. Not to mention that they offer over night care for animals who have undergone extensive surgery but they don’t have overnight staff to care for these animals. The service is disgusting there and would not recommend anyone to take their pets there at all!
