We were very impressed with the amount of time the staff took with our two dogs. They were running behind in our spot time, but more than made up for it when they took so much time with us. Reasonably priced and we were never pressured or "upsold" on any services. Thanks for the great service. ��
I have taken my dog to 3 different Vet clinics since we moved to Florida nearly one year ago. I am finally satisfied with the care, cost and compassion we experienced at the Haines City Pet Hospital. Dr. Martinez and her staff are very capable. The search for long term care is over!
Let's be clear that this is my dog's vet... Came in on a Saturday to an empty waiting room, an hour before they closed with an emergency and they denied service to us... Told the lady we had everything including blood work from the night before that we had been at an emergency clinic. Ask to talk to Dr. Martinez and she didn't even came out to the front desk and sent us back to an emergency clinic. NEVER AGAIN COMING TO THIS CLINIC, my dog almost died. And now I am in bedt $1,000.
Our poor cat has been in and out about 5 different times for urethral blockage related problems within the past month and a half. They really made us feel like they really cared about our cat. They were great with us and him. He even needed the p.u. surgery and they really took care of him even when he started acting like a "tiger" towards them. They even bumped up his surgery date so that we could avoid him getting blocked for a fourth time. All of the staff is super friendly and caring. We will definitely be using them for... read more
I will no longer be taking my pets there. My poor dog has had a tooth root abscess for a week, on Tuesday I paid for them to clean his teeth and move the infected tooth. They made me think it was removed, come to find out it wasn't even though I paid for it. They tried to make me feel bad because I declined X-rays, but also come to find out they don't have the proper equipment even though they were going to charge us for them. Tonight my poor dog has to be put under anesthesia again to get his abscessed tooth removed..... So... read more
