excelant caring staff. They work with you so your fur baby will be healthy. it's been my vet for 20 yrs. They also have a couple pets for adoption.
My puppy fractured her leg in 2 places. A break that required a specialist to fix. Sounds expensive? because it is, 3 to 5 thousand dollars. All I could do was cry, how was I going find this kind of money. My poor baby 😥 Fast forward: Dr. Martinez called me a couple days later and said she found a surgeon who would come from West Palm Beach to assist her with Lady's leg, not cheap but for way less money. Great team and fast service
We have been with them since 2009. They seen our four dogs. The doctors are the reason we kept going back. The other staff are very unprofessional and they have a high turn over rate. We lost of 12 year old Pit to crusing disease on March 8. The doctor loved Toby so we kept him with the vet. We did have some scary time during the two years of the disease. Haines City animal hospital is the worst veterinary clinic on the planet. Do not take your babies there. I had an 8 o’clock appointment to drop Bailey off to be spayed. They had everyone sitting outside to limit human contact. I get that part, but I called and told them I needed to leave to go to work could they come out and get Bailey. They told me I could put her in a cage outside the back door and leave her and they would get to her when they can. I told them hell no.
