Very satisfied. Great customer service. Leslie was really helpful throughout the whole process dealing with the insurance and keeping us updated. The repair time was really quick and my truck looks great. I would really recommend Hail Star to anyone who has not yet fixed their vehicles’ hail damage.
They done work on my car after it got hit with hail damage and it took a month to get my car back. Got it back come to find out my break lights was out and I rode around for a week like that, then brought it back to change the silver lining around my windows and notice they put dents and chip my paint trying to get that off needless to say car had to go back into shop for another 3 weeks come to find out they didn't fix it like they should have and after all that I started to notice where all the hail spots that they so clai... read more
RecommendedHad 2 cars with lots of damage from our big hail storm in August. Finally decided to get them fixed and I'm so glad I went with hailstar was very easy. We both got a free rental car and was a hassle free experience with no deductible I might add. They were a few dings in my bed rail area that they couldn't get out but hooked me up with bed rail covers. They make the truck look even better. Thanks alot guys you saved me one big headache.
Amazing customer relations at this place. They worked with my insurance company (Progressive) on the quote, fixed all my hail damage (covered almost the entire car!) and they even fixed things like the trim and little rear-view window reflectors. Plus they told me my battery was dying and gave me a new battery too, free of charge! 5 stars!
