These guys (especially Rocky) went above and beyond the call of duty. I had delayed trying to get my car fixed after the big hail storm we had in Arlington because I did not want to "deal with the hassle." Unbeknownst to me, there really was no hassle at all! I had the FREE rental car delivered at my job the next day. We simply swapped keys. I did not have to pay anything out-of-pocket nor deal with the insurance company. Hail Star did EVERYTHING for me. The last couple of hail storms really beat up our Durango. We decided on Hail Star to make the repairs since it is their specialty. Let me tell you folks... These guys are no joke. Very professional and good at what they do. They handle everything including a free rental car and ZERO out of pocket expenses. Basically you swap keys and they call you when the work is done. If you have hail damage and are in the DFW area, call these guys.
Damon,Mike, Eric and Crew did an Excellent Job on the restoration of my F-150! I highly recommend their service. They take care of there customers!
They were all so friendly, and that's what I liked most. They also finished my car quicker than expected and gave my cash back and a free rental which was awesome. The job came out great.
