These guys are amazing! Searched and searched for some place to take my car, and decided on Hail Star. Keep in mind I've never met them and after bringing me a rental while fixing my car, they gave a very generous donation to help the less fortunate families of Dona Ana County have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!! What an amazing service these guys provide! They went the extra mile of picking up my vehicle, leaving me with a very nice rental, and then returning my car to me within a short amount of time! My car looked like brand new inside and out with no evidence of any previous damage! They have the best customer service around, Damon and Devan did a fantastic job of keeping me updated on my car! The guys/gals at Hail Star PDR are Professional, courteous and go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy with the repairs. I didn't have to do anything but make a phone call to my insurance to tell them about my preferred body shop was Hail Star PDR in El Dorado. They paid my deductible and picked up the balance of my rental car expense! Ahhhh-Mazing! I would recommend them to EVERYONE! Two enthusiast thumbs up from a grateful customer!

After checking around as to where I wanted to take my Saturn to get fixed due to hail damaged, I decided to take it to Hail Star. When I first went there, Doug took the time to talk to me about my Saturn and also showed me the vehicles he was working on. I was very impressed with his work! Now I have my Saturn back and it looks amazing…like new!! No evidence of the hail damage. I was also very impressed with their customer service! Outstanding service from the time I walked in the door for an estimate. The guys were great...Damon, Michael and Rodney. I was a little hesitant when they told me it would take 3 days with the damage incurred, but I agreed. They also provided me a vehicle since my insurance didn't cover rentals...pretty impressive. Three days later when I went to pick up my truck, it was cleaned and looked brand new. They saved my roof and hood (great thing), and I'm still trying to find a ding to no avail.
