They are a very knowledgeable and curtious company, no denying that. And their work fixing dents in our SUV from a recent hail storm was definitely worth the time. My issue is, they received over 5k to fix our vehicle and they could not even take the time to put it back together properly. The are pieces missing, cloth not placed behind plastic correctly and parts not even attached. Had my car done after the bad hail storm. I am very pleased at how my car looks after being repaired. Was given a rental while they repaired mine, no worries. Felt very comfortable with them. Thank you Lonnie and Leslie for bringing my car back to the way it was before the hail storm! Great work!
I worked with Lonnie. He was upfront and helpful with every thing. He handled all the conversations with adjuster. He gave me different options. They fix my truck PERFECTLY and waved my deductible. 100% honest and had constant communication from him every day of the process.
Absolutely amazed at the job Hail Star Paintless Dent Repair did on my 2017 Camaro SS. Hail storm last month killed my car. 100 plus dents. Now there all gone. Car looks brand new. They even buffed out a large scratch and door dent for free. Need hail damage repair ?? Check these guys out. I am 10000 percent satisfied. I didn’t even know it was possible. Incredible job !
These are the most amazing people. Lonnie was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He was very patient with my excessive parade of text messages. They took care of the supplement insurance estimate, they had my Jeep done in a day and a half!!
