I just want to thank Hail Star for fixing my hail damage.. They did a awesome job from start to finish. I was met by their employee Ms Sarah and she was very professional from start to finish by keeping me updated on everything. I didn't have to drive or worry about coming to pick up my vehicle. I mean they did everything and I didn't even have to do anything but give them my truck key. They also paid my deductible and I was given cash back up to 500 dollars. My car looked a mess upon arriving to Hail Star, my entire car was covered in hail damage from the hood to the trunk.. Hail Star definitely have my car looking as it did when I purchased it off the lot! Fast turn around and great work... I’ll definitely recommend their services!!

If you intend to use this company for your car, consider thinking twice. They got me by promising great things but they weren’t committed to delivering their promises. They didn’t repair my car in a timely matter and did not update me with the progress of the repair.

Your fake reviews are getting out of hand. You need to remove them from here and from all the other dent companies in town. You guys are being very unprofessional.
Be mindful before coming here. Yes, they might sound really attractive but that’s because their work quality is cheap and full of rubbish. They scratched my paint off and won’t even admit it.

I truly recommend u all to go here great service very friendly. Did an awesome awesome hail repair on my truck love it. I don't regret it at all i highly recommend this place for u all to go to. Its not too late give them a call they will get it done for you with a rental car if needed. Once again I was truly satisfied.
Such an amazing group to do business with everyone was so polite and very helpful my car looks wonderful I didn’t have any problems what so ever, all my questions were answered the communication was awesome, the rental was a beauty as well!! If you need hail repair this is definitely the place to go to they will definitely take care of you!
AMAZING service!!!! so quick and friendly. no complaints!!! Seriously, use this place! I literally spent a maximum of 15 minutes with a representative. Also, they are very flexible with my schedule and even sent texts for updates and responses. Finally, they got my car back to me in excellent condition (seriously amazed at the repairs they did in one week) when they told me they would have the job done. And actually, my car may be in better condition because I think they vacuumed the interior lol.
