I have purchased from HAH they're honestly was rare for a vehicle dealership
Absolutely terrible. Rob Hart is a complete jerk and talked down to me just because I was young. He then tried to sell me a piece of junk saying he was a “good person” and tried to take my jeep with a blown motor in on trade saying “the bank doesn’t have to know the motor is blown before I sell it”
My son and I were in a tough spot and tried to work with this dealership to get my son, a college student, into a quality car. I can’t help him a great deal because I was off of work with a serious illness. The staff of this dealership is, at best, rude and unprofessional. The owner, Mr. Hart, is the type of individual that gives used car salesmen a bad name. This place is the biggest joke I’ve ever encountered, the repair “shop” is a cluster. Every time you call, no answer, then they said that Jim is the head mechanic? He will tell you that he doesn’t know nothing, he a nice guy but not a mechanic. According to him the head mechanic quit! DONT BUY FROM THIS JOKES!
