The people were friendly but as I've went I'm very dissatisfied with the warranty My windshield washer was out tried for almost 2 mths to get it fixed well man at Graleys whkm they sent me to stopped returning calls went talked to one of there employees well just imagine they done me the same way ...Guess its upto me to get it fixed will never deal there again...
RecommendedEveryone here is amazing! We had been trying for weeks to get approved at other places and was ready to give up until a friend suggested we try here. Todd Lovejoy spent the whole day with us and worked until he got us approved and we left in a our new car! I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle to give him a call. They really do try hard to get you a great vehicle! I thought for sure we'd be the first to not get approved! Well, I was wrong. they got me approved for a few different vehicles and I got to choose the one I wanted the most. plus they took my trade in and gave me a lot more out of it then anyone else would. Then we had a repair. Not knowing if it was covered under the warranty or not, they fixed it anyways and all we had was the deductible from the warranty. Really didn't know what it covered. I honestly have not one bad thing to say about this car lot. The owner was very straight forward and honest and really sweet and really just an all around great guy and the same goes for his office manager. � I would definitely recommend this car lot to anyone.
