This was my first experience buying a car and Brent was able to answer all my questions and made my visit a pleasant one. I love my car, it was exactly what I wanted, and the payment is perfect for me.
I bought a 2014 Jeep and after being told they'd fix any mechanical issues with it once I paid them thw $4000 down payment, they took my money and drove my jeep around for two days leaving cigarette ashes, and dirty clothes in it and didn't fix anything on it. It came back with a tail light and headlight out, the o2 sensor is going out and it sounds like it's dragging metal. They went above and beyond to make sure my family left with the vehicle they have dreamed of for the last 5 year's. There customer service was top notch. Caleb our salesman was polite and treatded us like family. They looked past our credit scores and saw the good people we are. I would highly recommend them.
avoid here at all cost I know what goes on behind close doors I was employed here for almost a year and as you can see I made many people happy. However in the back of my mind I knew there was wrong doing on behalf of the owners and I had no control over. People please do your research.
They did a great job taking someone with bad credit and getting them approved. You may not feel like you get the best deal ever but you have terrible credit no one will even look at you most places. The owner Rob was very helpful in explaining how and what on our credit can be fixed quick and make us much more appealing to loans.
