Replaced my water softener and Tech was very professional and friendly. He explained how everything works and did a really nice, clean Job. He was on time that is A+. Well, I was happy with the company till I wasn't...everything went smooth then I called the removal company thinking Haferman gave me $100 discount because that was what they told me. We gave you a $100 discount on the equipment to offset the cost of the junk removal. There is a line item on your contract that lists this discount as “junk removal discount”. We had a service call complete on 2.3.2021 - we were told our water softener was working fine. We also have a osmosis system and was told that the membrane needs to be replaced. Noted in the description of work that "softener cycles good. good brine draw both sides. goes into backwash and shuts off on own both sides". We ended up having a different company come out to check our system due to water pressure issues - and are now being told the resin is shot. It sounds like since this review you were able to talk to our service manager. I hope he was able to clear some of these things up, but I wanted to address them here as well. All our service calls are backed up by a 30-day warranty. So, if there was something that was not fixed to your liking, we would have (and still would) be more than happy to come out and take a look. I was told that the service would be until 12pm Called at 12 because nobody came. At 1:08 PM I received a call from the technician that told that they called me at 11 to say that they were late, which is not true since I can prove with my phone log. Then he said he would come at 4 and did not Wasted the entire day, took vacation, and got lies. Outrageous. Poor customer service
