Three weeks since new water softener and reverse osmosis system installed by Haferman Water and absolutely love the new system. It was bitterly cold the week before install and I thought there was something wrong with the regulator coming into the home because when running the basement shower, I didnt have water anywhere else. My old water softener was an 2006 ***** softener and the likely the cause of water pressure problem. After the new softener and reverse osmosis system was installed, the problem was resolved. Excellent and efficient quote and installation process. Water quality is significantly improved as well. This is the 2nd home we have had the Kinetico system installed by Haferman. Would recommend with a 5 star rating.
We have terrible well water (nitrates, arsenic, iron, super hard, etc) but because of Haferman Water, you’d never know it! I love my Kinetico system and the awesome service Haferman provides. I highly recommend them!
Just a top notch company. I initially installed Culligan water softener because product was not available at Haferman. Just a terrible mistake. I had trouble with my well and water pressure. Call the wild man who said it was probably the golf course across the road using too much water at the shut my well off occasionally. That did not help. Call Todd for men water and talk to Mike ****** Who asked if I had change the sediment filter in my water softener recently. I had not. He suggested to change it which I did and now I have water no problem with the well.
