Made an appointment because I am overdue for a physical and need medication management. When making appointment for meet and greet I was told multiple times I could probably get a physical because I’d emphasized it was important to me. When I get there nope, suddenly are very vague and emphasizing IF they have time. The office has entirely gone downhill. The customer service is not the same, the person I spoke to at the desk couldn’t even figure out how to update my address on file and it took 14 minutes to do this. They also called in a prescription for a medication I have NEVER BEEN PRESCRIBED into a pharmacy I have never used a day in my life. Probably got me mixed up with someone else. IMO Kristyn the office manager was intolerant and rude . Not kind . Meeting her was regrettable.
