I'm giving a 5 star review because I received excellent customer service from Brittany in the Auto body shop at Hadwin-White. The first time I called she was very friendly and helpful so I made sure to only deal with her from then on. Brittany went above and beyond dealing with my insurance company and doing all the leg work for me so that I had a smooth experience getting my vehicle repaired. I would certainly use Hadwin-White body shop again (though I hope I don't have to ;))..but if I do I hope Brittany is still there!
While on vacation (12 hours from home) my husband was involved in an accident. Hadwin took my limited time in the area into account and got my car towed, torn apart, and repaired in record time. In addition, they took care of all the insurance concerns and also setting up a rental car and returning it for me as well. I can't express how thankful I am that they worked endlessly to get my car done before our vacation was over. Brittany and Bob at the service counter went above and beyond!
