I'm so very disappointed with the outcome of my visit,Shelley the service advisor is so very nice and helpful, It's not her fault my automobile is acting up, But I've had issues with my Gmc since I purchased it from the Conway location, and I have taken it there every time to change oil... I shopped around , went to 4 different dealerships. Hadwin-White was by far a superior facility. The atmosphere was relaxed, no pushy salesman, everyone was so nice, and the bathrooms were clean. My salesman was injured and had to leave in the middle of the process and I was helped by Kevin Duke who was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made the whole transition into my new Buick Encore smooth. I will definitely refer my friends and family and use them again . Thank you so much!
I bought a SUV one year ago and it's going in the shop for the 7th time!! Calling better business bureau today!! Hadwin white does NOT stand behind their vehicles!!
