I also have had a very bad experience. Went through Home Depot(BIG MISTAKE). They quoted me for ac installation and duct replacement. Well, the a/c has failed 2 inspections(Archon first time, and Contra Costa County 2nd time, the ducting was quoted for 9 vents. They counted 9 vents, they plumbed 7 vents. They never told us that the 2 vents(1 in master bath and 1 in master bedroom) were hard to get to and never even plumbed them, nor did they tell us about it. The company sells through its location at Home Depot as well as using extremely aggressive and "nice" salespeople. After sale is done, the company changes its skin. I went through many problems and tried to even bring it to the company, with no success. For example, the company caused substantial damages to my house and it has never taken attempt to compensate me for these damages or even properly return phone calls.
