Same like other customers. Avoid at all costs. Company sent technician out to repair air conditioning unit. The technician worked out side condensing unit. diagnose the fan motor is bad this system is installed by them in March 2024, they book the appointment Tech don't show up on appointment. Avoid at all costs. Company sent technician out to repair air conditioning unit. The technician did it improperly causing a water leak. Haddon has refused to return phone calls or emails to discuss a resolution. They asked for a quote for the repair and haven't responded since. AVOID!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. After installation, the heater stopped blowing and required a part replacement that has been very difficult to get them to attend to even as it is under warranty. They scheduled appointments and never showed.They use a call answering service to field calls, taking messages for their office and no one gets back to you for days. Haddon H&C have a lot to learn about business and customer satisfaction. First the installer said the A/C won't work yet because they had to put more refrigerant in the system.. they didn't connect the gas line back up properly and we could smell the gas leak for 3 days until the guy came back out. When *** tried again to put more refrigerant in he couldn't do it. Beware of this company!! Very poor service. Lack of follow up. They don't return your calls. We bought a home previously owned by the owner of Haddon Heating. The main air conditioning unit broke down. We called Haddon Heating and Air. They sent someone out, who assured us the unit was under warranty - it wasn't; the warranty had never been submitted. They said they needed to order a part - that took 14 months. During that time a total of 3 repairmen came to the house, with no results. We were told that parts weren't availab... read more

Posted on Google & Yelp on 9/22/20. Seems like the company doesn't care? I was sold a new AC unit system back in Nov 2018. I don't have a big house, but over time, I figured out that my AC unit was working harder than it needed to. I discovered significant air draft coming from the supply plenum during a recent renovation project and have been reaching out to Haddon via phone, email and their website for 4 months. horrible experience as well. Went through Home Depot. installers and customer service were horrible. We still do not have a working unit. we too have taken many days off work for them to show up- sometimes they didn't show and didn't have the courtusy to call. install was not glued properly, items were missing. too many complaints to mention
