there was difficulty contacting Hackworth between their first visiting my home to troubleshoot my security camera problem and 4 weeks later having them return to repair my Annke security box...learning later they were on vacation...when Paul Jr arrived he was very efficient and completed the job

They still have to come back and finish the job after the plaster finishes.
