This place is my second home. I’ve been to many gyms and there is no place like HUMC. There is a nice sense of community here, it’s not like a bunch of strangers working out together. Since I mostly participate in the group fitness classes I can say that the Instructors are fantastic and the Members are great too. Here you will find gym etiquette: cell phones are not permitted on the gym floor, so members are working out, not taking up space on machines. The facility is clean! This is a great all-around facility for health and fitness. I chose it chiefly for Aquatherapy, following a brain aneurysm rupture in 2015, which involved 3 surgeries, rehab etc. Being a swimmer, aquatherapy is a wonderful way to rebuild my balance, locomotion, and strength. Not many facilities offer it, but HUMC Fitness does! So glad to find this, and very conveniently located. Thank you!
RecommendedGet fitness center. Very clean with great equipment. Trainers are knowledgeable and very helpful. Also has wonderful pools and different classes to attend. I enjoy going.
