I love this fitness & wellness center. I have an amazing trainer, Desiree. By joining this gym you get a team of experts that will provide guidance, support and inspiration to help you achieve your personal health & fitness goals. You will also love the salt water pool.
The facility the people and most of all my great trainer.
The huge jacuzzi alone is worth membership!! Excellent facility, nice and helpful staff. Workout floor is beautiful, the machines are state of the art. There in nothing you'll want to do for fitness that you can't do here.
I take the aqua physical therapy classes and it is wonderful soon I'll be in the physical therapy workout classes starting next month all of it is amazing come out and join the gym it's fun and so much to do and it's very inexpensive too.
