Is a great place to work out, and make great friends, the staff is very helpful and friendly, is my second home
Requires a certified letter in order to cancel membership, even if you can prove a bonafide change of address to a location hundreds of miles away. A ridiculous policy.
Clean friendly environment. Love the pool, sauna and the jacuzzi.
I have been suffering from neck, shoulder, and elbow pain for about two months from a herniated disc. At the start the pain was terrible and I couldn’t really function. Now I have it managed to a degree and much of the pain is gone. Thanks to the fantastic therapists I had through Hackensack UMC Tricia, Emily, and Alyssa along with their whole staff!! I would be here without you!
Great gym with great energy as long as you don't come across some old gizzer (end there are plenty of them) God forbid you ask to work in with them... you'll receive a death stare or may be cursed out! I don't get old people!
