The pool are has gone down hill ...since January...Theray pool water is cold more days than warm...there have not been 7 days in a row with proper temperature...yesterday pool was cold..multiple clients left.. or only worked out for a short time..myself included...not right...especially since this is not a new issue...pool is cloudy...dirty water line on tiles...hot tub was cold all last week...wondering if they don’t have enough heaters for pools....spend money to maintain and fix properly...not bandaid fixes...
RecommendedClean, well maintained facilities with friendly welcoming staff and educated professionals on the training staff. The clientele is probably the most diverse in terms of age and ability level that I’ve ever experienced at a “gym” in my 15 years of regular gym membership across all types of facilities, but that speaks to the welcoming environment.
worst ever in customer service and Communications, they have problems with the pool are very slow to advise us. Power outage today and no one sent out an alert. was good when it open, but showing signs of its age which I believe is just about five years.
Gym should open earlier then 5am, 4/4:30am would be better. Actually the girl would unlock the door a minute or 2 after 5. At that time of the day most people are on a schedule to be at work. The gym I self was beautiful and clean. Spin classes were a major disappointment!!
Plenty of equipment, the staff is courteous and always helpful, it’s always spotless
