RecommendedGreat facility to workout in!! Extremely clean, the staff is very pleasant and very professional!! The equipment is well maintained and as a member for the last few years, I must say, I don't believe that there is any place better than this in Bergen County to workout in!!!

Clean State of the Art Facility, Friendly Staff, Everything you Need in a Gym!
Great experience thus far. People there are very polite and positive.

The first gym I joined and stayed Staff is fantastic With the membership you get a free training session every 6 weeks and a nurse evaluation every 8 weeks I survived a heart attack and joined the gym to regain my health Have enjoyed the gym since I joined
