Horrible experience! The staff was very rude to us, had us waiting for 5 hours and in the end we left without being seen. This hospital used to be my favorite in NJ. I am very disappointed.
I have been to ERs all over NY and NJ and this is by far the worst experience. Although doctor Wooley was very nice, Nurses are snippy, hallways riddled with patients on gurneys waiting hours for a room. We were brought into a room with a full bedpan sitting on the counter and the tech dumped it and kept his gloves on...very sanitary. No one even knows who is in what room. They forgot to order tests and treatments and even forget to rehook monitors after transport. Everyone has a different story as to why it's not done. Have... read more
