We had a very bad experience and I'm disappointed in HUMC. Why are you avoiding answering me about what happened to my husband this week and why did you delete my post about it?
Great hospital but the billing service is the worst. I have been trying for over a month to get SOMEONE to call me back regarding bill.. Every billing number you call on the bill you get a recorder which apparently no one answers. Today I finally got a person who transferred me to a supervisor. DAMN......another recorder with no callback. Some supervisor ANNA SANDOVAL is. No wonder her staff doesn't care.....this will stop me from going back there.
Keep up the great work HUMC Team! The excellent care you give to your patients are greater than any expectations.
