My father has been in the hospital since last Friday - his current nursing and support team is a 12 out of 10 - last couple days in the icu unit many of them worried about the rules forgetting that the patient is all that matters
Worse experience ever at the hospital. ER is the worse I have ever seen. It's like a 3 Ring Circus in here. Don't think I would come here if my life depended on it. Not happy.
Superb team! From labor and delivery to post partum. Nurturing, and caring staff. A big THANK YOU to: Jeanine, Liz, Dora, Jessica, and the whole team who patiently took care of my needs while in room 5 West-2. The best hospital in the area. Very professional, everything right in the dot!
Thank you Hackensack University Medical Center for misdiagnosing my son not once but twice telling me he had a virus and making him suffer and scream in pain for 4 days and nights when in fact he has an ear infection maybe instead of rushing people out the door you should listen to the person who knows him best and knows when something is not right.
