The payment link you include in your mailed bills does not work. I then made a payment by credit card via the main site, credit card was charged and I received a confirmation with the right account etc, but no one seems to know where the money went and as expected, the hospital is quick to send warnings about overdue balance. This is ridiculous, especially since customer service confirmed that the payment system feature is disabled in MyChart. Then why include it on the bills? Hackensack university medical is the best hospital in new jersey i had two surgeries done in hackensack university medical Center and they did awesome job with both of my surgeries. WORST HOSPITAL EVER. Years of going to hospitals with my mom and it’s never been THIS terrible ...that I even need to say anything negative. Terrible customer service, 6 hours in the ER - no room for her.. banging her bed MULTIPLE times into walls, just moving her to different spots in the hallway. (105 pound woman with stage IV colon cancer - can’t even push her without hitting every wall we pass.) Still nothing done, besides maybe a concussion had I not told them to be careful. Never ever coming here again.
I haven’t even had surgery yet it’s in two weeks. Billing department called they want the 10% I would owe them after my insurance pays them. Had to do a debit for 50% the of 10% a 1,000.00 debit amount. Because I didn’t want to give them the full amount they put you on a payment plan automatically. Had all my x-rays done last week. Went to Hackensack hospital for just blood work on Monday they wanted to retake all my x-rays and I said I had them all done and they said well we didn’t get the results I said will did you call t... read more
