Dear Hackensack Hospital, my daughter had surgery 10 years ago and it was a good experience. However I am having a horrific experience getting her medical records. She recently was accepted (early) to West Point. Before it becomes final they need to medically clear her. We need those records. Since September 20th we have been faxing, calling and requesting these records. (I have all the receipts) Your people have sent us the wrong forms to fill out, the wrong fax number to send. I have to give u a one star if its my choice u should not have no stars... worst hospital ever... never again....
I have been in HUMC several times through the years. From their Registration Office, ER, physical therapy, hospital tests and stays, I have had only professional, knowledgeable, caring doctors, nurses, and all personnel associated with the hospital. In addition, the food is very good. I think HUMC is GREAT. If I had to find a fault, the parking is pricey.
