Passack Valley Hospital customer service is awful. I have called 5 times to receive a bill. Each time they say they will mail it and they don't. Will not consider their services in the future because of the degree of difficulty for simple task.
All the nurses, nursing assistants. PT, housekeeping were wonderful. and the food was great. Everyone seems to love working here.

My doctor was out of town the day I went in to have my baby, and the covering doctor had 2 C-Sections schedule at Pascack Valley Medical Center, so I had to go there to deliver. The experience from start to finish was nothing less than THE BEST! Every nurse in the Mother and Baby unit I came in contact with was sincere, caring, delightful, and helpful.
