In and out of the emergency room in 2.5 hours!! Amazing friendly staff and doctors!! I would travel to get to this hospital any time!!
I'm deeply upset at the care my family received this past weekend at Pascack Valley Hospital. The ER department showed very poor professionalism and poor bed side manner.. As my child was having a seizure they acted as if they couldn't be bothered the ER Doctor stood there and belittled me and blamed my child's seizure on me while I was standing there crying watching him have his seizure. ER never has a long wait like Valley Hospital always has. Never left in a hallway or on a chair for hours waiting to be seen .
Went in by ambulance,was inpatient Fri. Thru Mon. Have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone from emerg. room,4th floor personnel , X-Ray, CT Scan and ultra sound folks, blood work folks and meals were very good. Room was very clean,quiet and being my 1st hospital experience as a patient was very pleased. Drs. were professional, attentive and accessible.
I had knee surgery there this month. The service in this hospital left me traumatized. I spent 3 extremely painful days there with poor service. I will never attempt to go to that hospital again. I suggest others do the same and stay away.
Worst place ever. The doctor I'm pretty sure got his degree from a Cracker Jack box. Didn't order ONE test when I was there and his favorite phrase while I was there was, "I don't know". NOT what a patient wants to hear. I miss when it was Pascack Valley. My friend had the SAME experience.
Excellent Hospital! Had a very pleasant experience in November 2014 when I had my Knee Surgery. Everyone at the hospital is very professional, nice nd helpful.
