I visited the Bayshore Medical Center ER on April 30 for a small fish bone stuck in my tongue. After waiting about 40 minutes, the doctor removed the bone in roughly 2 seconds using medical forceps. The only other services I received were two quick blood pressure and temperature checks—one before and one after the procedure. Bayshore hospital is amazing from the minute you walk in the door reception to registration. I used the nuclear department headed by Pete. The whole team is wonderful. And then I used quest labs again, excellent, I love the whole system.

Dr. Burgess was incredibly attentive, he took time to truly listen and respond to our concerns with empathy and clarity. His calm, personable approach made a real difference. Nurse Vladislav was compassionate, professional and it was clear he genuinely cares about his patients. The rest of the team was also kind and efficient. As a healthcare employee myself, it was reassuring to see my family member in such caring hands. We’re very grateful for the excellent care provided by everyone.

Not one bad nurse there. All were caring and helpful and kind. Thank God for the nurses. The custodial people were always up on things and present . Food staff were exceptionally nice. Very positive! Very uplifting. I will never go back there again .That's really all I have to say and I will stop now.
