I have been buying meat here for 40 years, they are the best. I particularly love their ham steaks, stew meat and fresh ground beef.
Best bacon in the world. My wife and I used to live in North Minneapolis and purchased all of our bacon (and lots of other stuff there -- like the smoked ham SO GOOD!). Anyway, we live in California now, but we still buy pounds of bacon when we are back in MN and take it back with us in a cooler with dry ice. So worth it!
Love our neighborhood butcher.
