Best meat shop in the cities! The brats, bacon and polish sausage are the best you can buy! Oh, and don't forget the jerky... who needs Jack Link's?
Staff is friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable and the quality is amazing. If you haven't already, try the stuffed chicken breast. Very good.
Love their bacon, steaks, beef sticks, and thick cut pork chops. I always celebrate a happy occasion with one of their ribeyes!
Old school - absolutely agree with another reviewer that this is an old school butcher in all the right ways. Completely worth the small premiums which far exceed the quality found in the grocery.
Old-school in the best if all possible ways. Friendly, helpful, they do almost everything in-house, and do custom prep.
