Wonderful food, quick service, and plenty of room.
First of all, Vivian didn’t greet us for about 10 minutes (which as a server, I know that’s a long time to not greet a table) Second, didn’t get our drinks until after our food came out and when Vivian brought over my boyfriends coronarita she spilled it and told him that he shouldn’t have ordered it. Third, we still didn’t have silverware 5 minutes after we got our food after she said she would bring it 3 times. BUT food was AMAZING, so thats good.
The family that owns and runs “Hacienda”, as we affectionately call it, is wonderful! Today was the Cinco de Mayo rush. We had a terrible storm with a tornado. They lost T.V. and internet. I paid by filling out a card it card slip in duplicate. But the entire staff had the most positive spirit. The owner stopped by to greet us, as she often does when she is at this location, even though she immediately had to get to the kitchen. The food is always amazing! Food is great! Usually have great service! However, second time having the same server and she's not very timely. Waited 6min for a water and the last time waited almost 10min. Shouldn't take this long for the initial appearance at a table, especially with only one person. (coming from a former server of 10 years). Will come back, but don't want the same server!
The food was Amazingly delicious just like my Abuela used to make! The service was excellent! The plates size was enormous and the prices are worth it! First time experience was a hit! Will be back again soon!
