Just had our first experience and it was amazing! We ordered one of the value packs for take-out only- the food was fresh, delicious, and notably a new family favorite! Daniel was out in the lot working with the customers- we just showed up with hopeful intentions to order in the lot. Ordered take out tonight and the order was messed up. I called to try and get it straightened out and they argued with me about how they prepared our order. I tried repeatedly to explain that I understand what the kitchen is telling him, but that it doesn't match what is currently sitting in front of me. I finally gave up because the guy was so rude.
